Over the last few years many of the traditional forms of training such as weight training with machines, isolation body part training and long cardio sessions have been updated with far more beneficial, enjoyable and time efficient functional training techniques.

In real life our bodies move to the side, forward, backwards and diagonally. Contrary to most people’s current exercise programs this is how we should all train. Based around functional movement training, Neofit involves moving the body through different planes of direction, incorporating the upper and lower body in motion, and creating progressive difficulty to movements.

Using apparatus such as boxing gloves and pads, hurdles, agility ladders kettle bells and fitness balls in well guided movements focus on improving stamina, posture and core stability while at the same time building a lean, strong athletic body.

All training includes fun and mind stimulating drills to keep enjoyment levels high, and change people’s viewpoint of exercise as a routine.

My passion is Fitness and Physical Activity.

I created Neofit to help working adults achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. Life gets busy, however it is incredibly important to maintain a work-life balance in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle and a life of longevity.

I have always been an active person as I embrace every opportunity in order to be as active as I can. I endeavour to share my passion and knowledge with Neofit members and I am certain my love for fitness and physical activity will motivate and encourage you all to reach beyond your goals and expectations.

Qualifications:
Degree qualified Personal Trainer
Bachelor of Applied Science (Victoria University)
Qualified Physical Education, Psychology and Health teacher
Currently completing the Masters of Teaching (The University of Melbourne)
Senior First Aid
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
